Designed to energise and enthuse you and your leadership team, this year’s conference will provide practical and innovative ideas to take back and implement in your school or college.

High-profile, thought-provoking speakers Richard Gerver and Tim Rylands will be delivering the keynote presentations, and forward-thinking, knowledgeable workshop leaders, drawn from all sectors, will challenge and motivate you.  We have commissioned up to 12 workshops.*  These are all specifically designed to support you in the new teachers’ standards and the Ofsted areas of inspection.

The conference will also:

•  inspire, stimulate and empower you as a leader of education;
• share current educational thinking and examples of effective practice;
• provide networking and collaboration opportunities;
• offer practical advice, ideas and support.
